Els Vandeweyer is a Belgian vibraphonist, percussionist, composer and performer who lives and works in Berlin. Vandeweyer studied classical percussion in Antwerp and vibraphone in Brussels and Oslo. Apart from being a founding member of the IMI Kollektief, she is part of Pascal Niggenkemper Vision7, the Serenus Zeitblom Oktett, Sonic Fiction Orchestra, Quat and has collaborated with Fred Van Hove, Hans Unstern and Real Geizt. The 90% Wasser LP Debut, released in 2019, is her first solo album.
